It seems that this year is going to be fun for gaming lovers as we are seeing some new gaming stuff coming up. Dell, the renowned manufacturer of computers and related devices, has just launched a new desktop, totally dedicated to game lovers. It?s the latest Dell Alienware? X51 Desktop, a part of the Alienware range. Alienware is Dell?s high-performance, PC gaming brand, and is presenting Alienware? X51 Desktop as the smallest gaming desktop ever with outsized performance capabilities. Designed to give an immersive HD gaming experience, this new gaming PC has some really cool features, such as 1080p high definition, powerful 1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA? GeForce? GTX 555, high speed Intel? Core? i7-2600 processors, and believer to give the ultimate 3D gaming experience.

The entry level configuration of Alienware X51 PC can be bought from a range starting $699, and flaunts features like Core i3 processor, 4GB memory, 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 545 graphics, a 1TB 7,200rpm hard drive, raw power of the X51 yielding average 34 frames per second in Battlefield 3 at high settings and a resolution of 1080pv.
Hauppauge
Another interesting innovation in the gaming hardware domain is the new offering from Hauppauge Computer Works, which is releasing a video/game footage capture device. This Hauppauge video capturing device comes with a gaming cable, which allows users to connect their Xbox, PS3, or Wii, and Showbiz software, which allows them to perform one-button capturing. This software will allow video editing and further upload it to YouTube. Interestingly, it can also be used as a personal video recorder that can be connected with a media center and create TV recordings. So, one can use its Gaming Edition as well as regular edition as according to the requirement.
Razer Fiona
Finally, we also spotted the ?Project Fiona? prototype from San Diego headquartered Razer, which was displayed at CES 2011. The ?Project Finoa? is an Intel Core i7 device that will run Windows 8 on a 10.1? 1080?800 display and support full-screen multitouch (a must for a good gaming experience.) The device will also support force feedback and implements a small set of gyros and accelerometers. No price has been given for this gaming tablet yet; however Razer is rumored to be stating that it will be available for ?less than $1000.? The point to be noted here is that this is still just a prototype but for something being shown off at CES 2012 chances are Razer fully intends to make it into an actual product.
