Arm itchy as ****!!! And how to take a shower?
Well I broke my right humorous snowboarding a few days ago and my arm lately is unbearably itchy, the protection for it is a fiberglass half cast that goes from my elbow to a bit over my shoulder, then wrapped in bandages.
It is crazy itchy and i?m going to freak the fuck out if it doesn?t stop. I tried benadryol it did?t seem to work. I need to take a shower and i don?t know how without getting it wet.

Get a trash bag, kitchen can liner size, slip it over your hand, arm, and up over your shoulder, and have someone tape it onto you really well, with medical paper tape?the good kind that won?t hurt coming off, but that will stay on through the shower.
I?m not sure what to do for itching if benadryl didn?t help?maybe a Tylenol PM so you can get some good sleep after that shower might help?(or a pitcher of Margaritas, but then, you don?t want to fall and break the other arm??t'would NOT be humorous at all! (Sorry, man?that was cold!)
